In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department.
ALL watches are shipped with a return seal. If this seal is removed, damaged, or manipulated, return is void. This seal MUST be present and unaltered for any returns.
· If you suspect that your watch may be somehow defective, please notify JAB Stores immediately. Do not attempt to repair the watch yourself or by anyone else.
· ALL returns must have a return authorization before being returned to us. Requests for RMA must be made within 15 days of order delivery, and return back to us no later than 6 days after an RMA has been issued.
· Watches may not be worn, used, sized or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear cannot be returned.
· ALL returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping fee.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
Merchandise is returned after 30 days
Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition
· Watches with proven factory defects (as determine by JAB Stores) will be replaced with the same model if reported to us within 3 days of delivery. This does not include items damaged due to abuse, misuse; owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage.
· Picture or description discrepancies on our web site or other advertising are not considered defects.
· Out of the box visual defects MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a restocking fee may apply to cover the damage.
· ALL returns must include non-damaged packaging (preferably unopened) and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (parts, instruction manuals.etc...). Otherwise, additional restocking fees may apply.
· ALL shipping charges are not refundable.
· Charges for additional links are not refundable.
· Watches which have been sized (by anyone other than JAB Stores) are not returnable.
· Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any package that has not been received by JAB Stores and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department.
Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.
· ALL returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and shipping fee.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
Merchandise is returned after 30 days
Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.

Damaged Merchandise:
Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to JAB Stores marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
